How do we handle your order?
As soon as we have received your order and the associated confirmation of your payment, we will send your order to you as much as possible within 1 to 2 business days via PostNL. If there is a delay in this for whatever reason, we will inform you of this by e-mail or telephone.
At the end of the day you will receive an email with the Track & Trace code.
Most of our stock is in the Netherlands, but we also ship a lot from the United Kingdom. As a result, the delivery time may take a little longer, but we do our best to minimize it.
